Nopi Recipe: Corn Cakes with Beetroot and Apple Salad. -
We’ve made these tasty cakes before and they are delicious! Light, fluffy and perfectly sweet and savoury. The salad is crunchy and fresh and perfectly paired.

Semi-traditional Scottish breakfast.

When in Scotland, we stayed in a few hotels where breakfast was included. I wasn’t quite brave enough to have blood pudding and haggis every morning, so the veggie option with a meat sausage was perfect.

I’ve been on a bit of a hiatus over the last few weeks, with pre, during and post holiday busyness! I’m back and ready to share more delicious treats. We toured Scotland, Germany and Istanbul over 2 weeks, having too many delicious meals

As non truffle lovers, we opted to avoid the truffle in these. They are so fluffy and light inside the crispy exterior. Served with a roasted garlic aioli. Perfect afternoon snack before dinner!

Nopi Recipe: Roasted Carrots with Coriander Seeds and Garlic

Since winter won’t go away, it still feels okay to each root veggies. These carrots are sweet (honey) and garlicky. Perfect snowy evening side.
